Cody’s interest in rope was sparked by attending classes at his first kink event, Fetish Fair Fleamarket in Providence RI in 2013. They found more aesthetic inspiration from pictures and videos of Hajime Kinoko’s web style ties and installation pieces. His first several years were spent primarily practicing on objects and self ties. He began attending Rope Practice Raleigh and and Rope Bite Raleigh/Durham regularly, as well as practicing tying and being tied by others, in 2016. Soon he became interested in more improvisational and unstructured ties, inspired by people like Marceline V.Q., sving_fet, and (his now partner) Luna. This kind of tying remains their biggest passion.
